Benjamin
Young male, fully vetted, cat-friendly
Benjamin is an outgoing sweetheart who is still finding his confidence. He loves perching on cat towers to observe his humans going about their day. His favorite hobbies are watching Cat TV, pushing things off counters, and staring out the windows. Churu treats are his favorite! Once he knows you are by his side to give him unconditional love, full body pets and scratches behind the ear are most desirable. Benjamin is curious about his housemates and takes a gentle approach to make others feel welcomed. He wants to join a home that helps him enrich his day with activities while also giving him elevated nap spots.
He has lived with other cats his whole life, so we're hoping that he'll be a second or third cat for a household looking to grow their family. He has never lived with dogs, but we think he would be fine with a very gentle, cat-friendly dog who lets him be. No small children, please. Older, respectful kids are okay.
Amos
Young male, fully vetted, cat-friendly
Amos is the shiest of all of the cats we’ve had come into foster care. This poor buddy has spent almost all of his time hiding under the bed at his foster home, and it was a very exciting day when he ate with his foster mom sitting next to him.
He is most at home when he has a quiet, cozy spot to feel safe. At night, he will come out to explore and play with toys. Right now, he prefers to be admired from a distance. From his diamond nose to his white-tipped tail, he is a handsome gentleman. He is a gentle soul looking for a new home full of tuna treats and comfy hiding spots.
Amos has always lived with other cats, and we do think he might be best suited to a home where there is another cat who may either be nurturing and parental or be okay with giving him space.
We would prefer a home with only adults or, perhaps, some quiet teens. He cannot live with loud dogs. He needs to continue his journey toward confidence and self-assurance. And he’ll need a person or family who will be happy to devote the time and patience it will take to win over his tender heart.
Arthur Dent
Young male, fully vetted, cat-friendly
Arthur Dent is a sweet, submissive kitty who needed to be moved out of his foster home because he wouldn’t set a boundary with his foster brothers. He could be happy as an only cat, or with another very submissive cat. He is currently recovering from an injury sustained from being bullied and is healing well. His foster parent says that he’s an incredibly sweet, brave, and gentle boy, with the prettiest eyes.
He has come a long way in his foster home and is eager to continue his healing journey with a new person or family who will appreciate his gentle, tender nature.
ADOPTED!! Woodrow
Young male, fully vetted, cat-friendly
Woodrow is a pretty friendly guy who would love a home where he can get a lot of affection on his own terms. He’s a handsome, curious fellow and started life surrounded by other cats, but has also done well being fostered as an only cat. He may take a little while to warm up because he missed out on socialization during a critical development period, but his foster dad has seen him gain confidence in the weeks he’s had him, and Woodrow is a resilient guy. We need him to go to a home that will be understanding about Woodrow’s need to move at his own pace and celebrate his socialization milestones with him. Because he didn’t get a lot of exposure to novelty as a young kitten, we need a quiet home without young kids, loud dogs, or other unpredictable sounds (like cheering at football on TV, etc.).
We estimate that he’s a year or a little younger - he likely still has some growing to do. We can see him being a great second or third cat, and he would also do well as an only kitty. Lots of interactive play will help him bond with his new family, and plenty of yummy treats can go a long way, too.
