MAKE A PLAN FOR YOUR PETS

  • Invite a friend, family member, or trusted neighbor to become your “pet guardian”. This person should be able to get your pets in an emergency and help provide or find care for them. Put their contact on your fridge.

  • Share all information about your pets with this person and put on your fridge - daily routines, feeding guidelines, medication needs, and vet clinic contact.

  • Ensure you have enough pet food and any daily medications to last for two weeks.

  • Have quick check-ins every couple of days with your pet guardian so they know that your pets - and you - are safe.
