Moustache and Ma Cherie
These young girls were part of a large group/colony of cats and are bravely adjusting to their new, quieter life in foster care. They are both shy but Moustache is very curious and recently celebrated a milestone of coming up to touch her foster mom’s hand! Ma Cherie is more reserved and prefers to observe things from a distance, but she has also shown improvement by coming out from her hiding place and yawning while her foster mom is in the room.
These girls have been through a lot and we’re looking for a home where they can continue to be together. They spend a lot of time snuggling together.
They need a quiet home with no young children or loud dogs. They are used to being around large numbers of cats and would be a great addition to a home with a resident cat or two. Their new family should be prepared to be patient with them as they continue to gain self confidence and trust.
This young guy was part of a large colony and is getting braver every day in his foster home. He is a shy guy, but he has enjoyed sleeping on the bed with his foster parent. He would be happiest in a home with another friendly, confident cat who can help show him that humans can actually be pretty great.
Amos must go to a quiet home with a patient person who will devote themselves to proving that he will always be safe with them and gaining his trust. We know that there is a family that will reap the emotional rewards available only to those who win the heart of a shy cat.
